本发明公开了一种装配式UHPC薄壳设计与施工方法,通过一个模具制造多个薄壳单元。采用工厂预制、现场装配的方式,可多次重复组装。本发明的技术特点包括:(1)由多个UHPC薄壳单元组合成具有空间围合感的室外构筑物,且具有多种组合方式。(2)采用数控热线切割机床制作EPS塑料正形单面模具,表面光滑。(3)基于正形模具,采用喷射工艺制造混凝土负形单面模具。(4)基于负形模具,采用喷射工艺制造UHPC薄壳单元。(5)施工现场地面设金属连接件,与薄壳单元边缘的金属连接件固定,以便于现场装配。本发明只需一个较小模具就能建造一个较大的薄壳结构,并且薄壳单元之间有多种组合方式。
Abstract
The invention discloses a design and construction method of an assembly type UHPC shell. Through one mold, multiple shell units are made, the manners of factory fabrication and site assembling are adopted, repeated assembling can be achieved, and the method is technically characterized in that firstly, the multiple UHPC shell units form an outdoor building with a space enclosure feeling, and multiple combination manners are achieved; secondly, a numerical control hot linear cutting machine tool is adopted for making an EPS plastic conformal single-face mold, and the surface is smooth; thirdly,on the basis of the conformal mold, the injection process is adopted for making a concrete negative single-face mold; fourthly, on the basis of the negative mold, the ink jet process is adopted for making the UHPC shell units; and fifthly, a metal connecting part is arranged on the construction site ground, and is fixed to metal connecting parts on the edges of the shell units, and site assembling is facilitated. The large shell structure is built through the small mold, and multiple combination manners exist between the shell units.
